I'm Dementia Doctor Naomi, and I will be your Coach throughout your caregiving journey.

I am a general practitioner from the Netherlands and the author of the best-selling book Reinvigorated Caregivers.

I promote health & well-being through education and coaching. I also offer a resource library full of informative content.

I develop programs to help caregivers focus on their health, fitness, and well-being choices, which we have control over.

My intention is to provide information, tips, tools, resources, community, and support along with
the inspiration and motivation to put daily wellness actions into practice.

I provide functional food, fitness, lifestyle-based programs, and lots of LIVE activities and workshops to choose from.

I provide opportunities for people to improve their immune resilience, digestion, fitness, stress mastery, body, and mindset for today and in the long run.
